Frequently asked questions

  • You will be asked to fill in a form about your pet and read and sign a disclaimer.

If you require the forms in a paper format, this can be provided.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking I ask that you give 24 hours notice. Cancellations without 24 hours notice will still be charged.

  • I can pop in and visit the following: dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs.

  • No, at present I do not transport any dogs. Walks will start from your house.

  • Yes, I don’t work every weekend but bookings for weekends are welcome. It is advised to book well in advance.

To discuss your requirements, email annaspetpals@gmail.com.

  • This is not a service that I can offer. Should your dog get wet or muddy on a walk then I can towel them down afterwards.

  • No, I only ever walk one dog at a time. The only exception I make to this is if I am walking two dogs that live together and can be trusted to behave with one another.

  • No, not initially. I can offer your dog a walk on a long-line.

Off-lead walks can be considered once I have built up a relationship with your dog over a matter of months and I can see that your dog has good recall. It takes a while to build trust with an animal. Safety for your dog always comes first.

  • After you have filled out my forms and we have had a chat, I will come up with a good route suited to your dog.

  • Upon booking, my payment details will be sent to you. I can accept BACS and cheques.

  • Of course! I recognise that this gives owners comfort so this is something I am happy to do. On booking please specify whether you are happy to receive updates via email or WhatsApp.
